Who is responsible

LNKD Agency is operated by its founder, Callum O'Connor (Kale), who is the person responsible for the protection of personal information. You can reach us at kale@lnkdagency.com.

What we collect

We only collect personal information that you choose to send us through the contact form or by email:

• Your name and email address
• Your company name, if you provide it
• The service you're interested in
• Your project description and budget, if you provide them
• The content of any email you send us

Why we collect it

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, discuss and quote a potential project, and, if we work together, to deliver the services. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Security and bot protection

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to detect automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical information such as your IP address and browser characteristics to determine whether you are human. This is governed by Cloudflare's privacy terms.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies or trackers. We store a single non-identifying flag in your browser's session storage to avoid replaying the intro animation. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

Who handles your information

To operate the website and process inquiries, we rely on service providers who may handle your information on our behalf:

• Cloudflare, for website hosting, security and the Turnstile bot check
• A transactional email provider (currently Resend) to deliver your form message to us
• Our business email provider, Namecheap Private Email, which stores our email correspondence

Some of these providers operate servers outside Québec and outside Canada, so your information may be processed in other jurisdictions. We choose providers that offer appropriate safeguards and share only what is necessary.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to manage a potential or existing client relationship, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless we need to keep it for legal, tax or accounting reasons. We then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under Québec law, you may ask to access the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, withdraw your consent, or have it deleted when appropriate. You may also ask about our practices. Write to kale@lnkdagency.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).

Incidents

If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify the affected persons and the Commission d'accès à l'information as required by law.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. The date at the top shows the latest version.
